Our mission is to produce high-quality hotel management talents for future international hospitality industry, using the advanced, scientific and practical education system with Chinese characteristics and conforming to international standards of the hospitality industry

III. Three Combinations
Combine the educational resources of Tsinghua University with our teaching resources;
Combine the advanced international hotel management education theories with our teaching methods;
Combine the characteristics of Swiss hotel management teaching methods with our teaching methods.
IV. Four Teaching Modules
a. Vocational Skills Training:
Credit courses include: Room Operation and Management, Front Office Operations and Management, Computer Operations, Service Skills, Food Service, Housekeeping, Food Sanitation, Equipment Use and Management, Bar & Restaurant Management Foundation, Cooking Principles and Operation, Financial Management and Operation of Hotels, etc.
b. Bilingual Teaching:
Additional English courses are provided: English Speaking and Listening, English Writing, Reading and Vocabulary, Hotel English.
c. Quality Education:
Courses such as Manners and Shaping, Ethics in Hospitality Industry, World Famous Architecture & Art Pieces in Hospitality, Music in Social and Historical Contexts and other cultural courses are offered to help students maintain positive attitudes towards life. Classroom teaching is combined with after-school activities to foster high-quality future hotel management talents
d. Potential Development:
Diversity training programs and education projects are designed to cultivate students’ interests and hobbies and stimulate their potentials to lay a good foundation for their future career. Courses like Marketing, Human Resources Management, Service Quality Management, International Hotel Management and Development are offered.
V. Five Experimental Bases:
Five teaching experimental bases will be established gradually to ensure that our students have opportunities to improve their operation skills, avoiding traditional theoretical teaching.
